General. All invoices are issued in accordance with Customer’s accepted Quotes/Order Forms. The charges and fees (including taxes if applicable) set out in this invoice are due 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise specified in Customer’s Master Subscription Agreement (“MSA”).
